Location was excellent - easy access to airport or other highways by car. Bus stop outside the hotel. Our suite was large with sofa, king bed and a spacious area for dining table and chairs. A huge bonus, this facility has many plug ins - devices could be easily charged, including an extra plug on each side of bed. The kitchen was obviously new/modern, compact but complete. The wonderful free bottle of milk for our coffee was replenished as needed. The bathroom was also new - fixtures, separate toilet room, great shower. It was on the second floor so it had a little seating area with table on the deck to enjoy outdoors (faced parking lot). Reception hosts were fantastic.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. Because it is on a busy street, our host told us that we might hear traffic and reminded us to close the bathroom door to avoid traffic noise. The bedroom faced the interior parking lot, not the street so we experienced no traffic noise while sleeping.

I've been traveling for 2 months. I stayed in hotels, motels. A boat and a friend's house. This was, by a ling stretch, the best stay yet. The staff were professional and courteous, the room was immaculate and comfortable, the location was great being near the City Center with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a short walk to the Botanical garden.

WiFi is really bad and that's a big minus.
The bathroom smelled of fried onion when someone was cooking.
The sofa bed is really thin and uncomfortable.
Glass sliding doors aren't sound proof so we could hear the traffic from the road.
