We had 2 rooms and in both rooms, the bathroom towels stunk!
You had to wash your face again, just to get rid of the smell.
They need to purchase new fresh towels.
The staff were excellent at replacing bathroom towels, when asked.

The reception when we arrived was so welcoming and informative. Everything was as it should be - everything clean and tidy. The location for us was excellent as we enjoyed our walk into Hagley Park and found the Strawberry restaurant.

This motel had everything my we needed for a quick night in the city I love that they had our room ready early so we could check in at 1pm Connie was very friendly and nice to deal with
If I had to pick something it would be I didn’t like the shower over the bath I would prefer separate but it didn’t affect our stay

Clean room, washing machine in the room but no dryer. All I expected kitchen equipment there besides burner.

Connie was an amazing host and we were very warmly welcomed. The rooms were really spacious and warm, the water was hot and the beds were very comfortable. We were also able to leave our luggage on check out day so we could explore before our evening flight. 8-10min walk to the heart of Christchurch. I would definitely stay there again.
The motel was on a main road so some noise came through but it didn't interrupt sleep or comfort.

Lovely to park just outside the door of your unit. It was a very good size. It was just a short walk to the centre of town. Really warm once it had time to warm up. No washing machine but the manager did our washing for a very small cost.
Could have been cleaner.
