My flight was very late and it was very hard to find a place that you could be assured check-in wouldn't be a problem. Tae was very obliging and always responded to my messages promptly. Location is convenient and quiet, everything was clean. At least I can say that this is a place run by people who actually care.

This place was so nice and clean and the staff serviced the room each day. I had opened the windows to let fresh air in and when I was late back they had shut the windows for me which was a very kind gesture. The gentleman at the reception was so friendly and kind.
The door handle was a bit wobbly and I think needs to be replaced

Excellent facilities. Proprietor couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful - outstanding customer service. Very useful laundry facilities! 20-30 minute walk to town centre, which was fine for us. Strongly recommend visits to Riverside Market (loads of food options) & Antarctic Centre near the airport.
Nothing. Only very minor quibble (because we are tall!) was that the chairs in the room were rather low for using with the table!

I didn't like the fact there was no fire exit being on the second story, surely this is illegal?? , struggled to sleep with this crossing my mind all night with two young children staying with me, bed was average - wont be staying again
