The beds and size of bathroom
The location because it was 30 minutes to Bus interchange. There was a dirty mark on the far side on the bed on the sheets so had to sleep only on the side closet to the door. Sheets obviously wasn't washed properly.

Location walking distance to small shopping area that has everything, bed very comfy, cooking facilities just enough for what I needed and communication with host very open, helpful and lovely.
Just our towels were not replaced by day two, BUT no biggie, we had fresh towels by night three.
