the situation of the motel is excellent - opposite a mall with easy access to and from a busy main road. The office staff were excellent and even "went the extra mile" by insisting that they carry our bags upstairs to our unit. Parking was well organised, our unit was spotless and quiet, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water in the shower. But the unit let itself down on our second day and instead of being described as being fantastic only earned a rating of very good in our opinion.
As mentioned previously the unit would have been described as fantastic had the unit been serviced on our second day. It was not and we were forced to use sodden towels that had been left as prescribed, no milk had been left in the fridge and there was insufficient crockery initially. SMALL PROBLEMS, probably overlooked, that should never have occurred but ones that resulted in lesser enjoyment and rating in our views..

Located in a popular suburb of the city, largest shopping mall in Christchurch is located across the road. Plenty of food choices especially for those who like Asian cuisine.

Location was great a short walk down the street for Restaurants, cafes Bars, across the road Westfield shopping centre.

Nice and close to shopping Mall and restaurants and easy access to public transport to get into the city. Was a comfortable stay. The person who runs the Motel was very accommodating and friendly.
This Motel is looking a little dated, may be in need of a renovation

Great location, great rooms and the staff were extremely courteous and obliging, giving our big group a late checkout, allowing us to leave bags there while we went shopping. Left some beers in the fridge for them and they even texted us to say we’d left them behind. Will def be back
