We've stayed at this motel many times and it usually doesn't disappoint. Great proximity to Riccarton mall, if ya keen the casino takes about 45 mins to walk via Hagley Park.
Pricing is getting a little on the high side, and it appears that some maintenance may be over due ie paint work refresh, mould in parts of the bathroom.

Directly opposite Riccarton Mall, have stayed here before. Good size parking for most vehicles. very little road noise. Excellent shower.
Road sweeper man cleaning the carpark across the road at the mall at 9pm- noisy.

Nice and close to shopping Mall and restaurants and easy access to public transport to get into the city. Was a comfortable stay. The person who runs the Motel was very accommodating and friendly.
This Motel is looking a little dated, may be in need of a renovation

Great location and easy check in and out. Room was good with everything you need. Easy parking and quiet considering the central location.
Bed was super bouncy so didn't get a huge amount of sleep. But personal preference I guess.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean. There was plenty of parking available both times we visited. The location, over the road from McDonalds and Riccarton Mall was perfect. We were close to a lot of restaurants and loved Joyful for excellent Chinese food and Drexels for breakfast. We had a lovely morning at Riccarton House with the a superb guided tour followed by a walk through Christchurch Botanic Gardens.
The beds are quite narrow and there's not really a lot of space for suitcases but the rooms are priced accordingly so we were glad to stay there twice, once at the beginning of our holiday and once at the end.
