The apartment is well located in the center of town, above the tram station, which I thought would be noisy but did not turn out to be the case. The apartment was spacious and had a combo washing machine / dryer that was convenient to use.
The passage to the apartment was a bit musty - needs to be aired out

Good location, large studio room with little kitchenette. Free laundry facilities for those not in an apartment. Good price and close to restaurants in Regent St and easy walking distance to central Christchurch.
Room windows opened into the cathedral junction shopping area so not super quiet. Airconditioning was a separate freestanding unit next to the bed and was very noisy to have on whilst sleeping.

Modern, clean, well appointed and nice location
I messaged about a bulb that had broken but no response also mentioned it to house keeping staff and nothing done. Not a major but would have been nice to have got sorted

Excellent location, next door to tram office, and very close to pubs restaurants and cafes. Private parking under the building with elevator. Friendly efficient staff. Clean and freshly decorated. If you are sightseeing it's worth buying the hop on, hop off tram ticket. They run every 10-15 minutes during the day, with 18 stops. The drivers give a commentary along the way.
If you plan to park there just be aware that parking spaces are a bit tight, especially with a larger car. We managed with our Mitsubishi Outlander rental.

Good location. Staff helpful and pleasant. Room was a good size. Apartment was clean.
Quite noisy from other apartments in the complex. Toilets flushing / showers running / footsteps were very noticeable and intrusive. Portable in-room aircon not really adequate to provide efficient bedroom cooling.

Furniture in sitting room could be updated. Chair & couch very low to the ground and hard to get in and out of.

The size of the apartment and rooms and the amenities in the apartment were good. There is a good sized kitchen. The rooms were comfortable as well.
The car park was really tight and a bit difficult to park a large vehicle. The facilities are a bit outdated but were still functional.

The hotel is in an excellent central location, right by the tram lines, lovely eateries, the theatres and a very short walk to the main shopping precinct, riverside market etc. The rooms were in very nice condition and were clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a corner unit with a great view down the tram route.
Along with a convenient central location comes a bit of noise. Lights came on early morning when the tram and shops seemed to perhaps be cleaned. On a couple of nights there was a water noise in our unit at night/early morning and the sound of equipment. It seemed to be from inside the hotel, but the machine sound could have been elsewhere.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with living areas, 1 small bedroom and an extra toilet on the entry level and 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Clean. Lots of windows, good view and breezy.
Feels tired and a bit neglected, carpets stained, walls scuffed, decor very dated. We still enjoyed it but it seems a missed opportunity as it's a lovely large apartment that could be beautiful a bit of care. Kitchen supplies are just adequate, also a shame as it's a full kitchen and great dining area with view.

The property is close to restrauants and shopping.
Property is old and not clean. Need two chairs in room to be comfortable, TV is small and not in a good place for viewing.

Obviously the location is central with the tram running through the building was the main point of difference.
The room was quite warm despite having a portable air conditioning and a couple of vans. And I was unaware that parking wasn't included although it wasn't expensive to pay on top of the room.

Nice location a short walk to city and above the tram was a nice touch. Also good to have a car park.
Expensive for the room quality, shower leaked and staff were not helpful in resolving a noise issue. Lack of air conditioning made it stuffy in the room as it was a hot day.
