It was modern, clean and full of great staff!
Some of the guests were very rude, loud and had no consideration for the other guests staying in the hotel during quiet times!! Jay was absolutely amazing and dealt with the situation after my wife and I had spoken to the noisy guests 3 times!

Great location and friendly staff who accommodated our changes with the booking easily. Good sized rooms and comfy beds.
Hotel was cold and it took a while for the rooms to heat up. Family member became very unwell after eating the chicken dish.....

Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Excellent restaurant serving breakfast (buffet option available), lunch and dinner. Clean and comfortable room. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Very good location. We always stay in Hotel Elms when in Christchurch.
