The location,
Very unwelcoming on arrival. The elevator was unclean. Room was very average, old, tired, broken sofa, ripped bedding. Half roll of toilet paper, 1 coffee sachet, 2 tea, no tea towel or dishcloth, asked for 2 extra pillows at reception but didn’t receive them. We called reception at 7,30pm no response, went down it was locked for the night, supposed to be available until 8pm. We went out found a store to buy toilet paper. They sent an email at 12.30am saying they left toilet paper outside our door.

Big rooms. Good room facilities.
The noise coming from the plumbing in other rooms was way too loud. Other guests shouting loudly in the corridors outside the rooms. Very loud traffic noise.

The bath
We booked and paid for a spa room and was given a shower only so we went down to reception and was told we had to pay extra $45 for a room with a spa even though it was already paid for. Then breakfast the restaurant says it closes at 10am we got there at 8:45 it was closing then. We asked them to cook us some bacon for our breakfast and they said no we don't have any we were rushed to eat so they could close. There is also no signage to find the breakfast room and poor website details

No response from the staff, called up so many times for our belonging left at the hotel, but no response from the hotel staff, inspite of calling through out the day, even sending recorded messages

Room was nice.
I informed about my late arrival a day before, got no response. Hotel rules said reception is open until 20:00, I was there 19:45 but it was already closed. There was a letter with my name (and a keycard) saying that ”we’ll continue check-in in the morning at 9:00”. I waited for the reception to be opened until 10:30, when I left.
Also, breakfast was included in roomprice. There was no breakfast at hotel and no info where to get it.
Furthermore, there’s a phone outside of reception for contacting ”somebody”. I used it 3 times, everytime call was forwarded to voicemail saying ”the person you’re calling is unavailable, please leave a message”… What’s the point with that?
I’m expecting you will compensate me for ”unavailable breakfast”.

Disappointing
Only the location.
The property was not clean, reception was hardly manned and response was very slow. The furniture in the room was very old and not comfortable at all. The room service was pathetic and they even cancelled the prepaid breakfast included in the room. Refund for the same is still pending. The toiletries were not available in the room , after multiple reminders, it was provided.

Pleasant
It was a good location, with plenty of room in the room and in the bathroom. Large bed, kitchenette provided with basic crockery. Room had a table and chairs as well as a sofa so was great for sorting out our suitcases and relaxing. Able to store our bags when we arrived before check in
Reception was manned once out of the 4 times we went through, you phoned and someone came within a few minutes. Reception was scruffy and not a great impression.
Although I had emailed a few times in advance about leaving bags i had no reply
Room and bathroom were generally tired. The shower hose was coming apart and silicone seal off the shower frame coming away.
