Booked for a king room moved into room with two doubles. Beds not comfortable, room was small. Told is was an upgrade for inconvenience and it definitely wasn’t an upgrade. Bathroom and sink set up was bad.

Check-in was quick and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for our stay. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped—overall very comfortable.
Complimentary Wi-Fi was available, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Although it was quite busy on arrival, the staff managed the crowd efficiently by promptly clearing tables to accommodate everyone.
Room service was fantastic—the rib-eye steak was perfectly cooked and easily one of the best meals we had in New Zealand.
- Our towels smelt 'off', very odd and couldn't put our finger on the smell
- While we couldn't hear the traffic outside the room, we could hear the people above us walking around very clearly and was disruptive to sleep

The hotel has a great location—very convenient for getting around—and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Parking an Issue
The only downside was the parking situation. It couldn’t be reserved in advance, and when we arrived, it was already fully booked.

Hotel was OK
No parking or instructions where to park so you had to guess and then drag your bags across gravel.
Then noisy people in hallways until 3am drinking and rowdy so no sleep, where is the manager? colluegue had to ask for new room at 3am to try and get some sleep.
Why would you allow this to happen, these people were waiting to leave to airport so they should no be allowed to stay in hallway of hotel and drinking and being drunk........
