The holiday park is located close to the airport and as we had a very early flight it suited us perfectly. Facilities were excellent, loved the warm amenities block.

Pleasant
This mainly camping park with chalets is very close to the airport, which is why we chose it.
It has basic amenities, the showers and toilet facility were clean and it has lots of parking.
The cabins were clean and could be heated.
We only stayed there about 6 hours, to get some rest before a flight, which we did, Other than that we can't say much more about it.

Great location for a late night arrival into the airport, staff were great at sharing information for late check-in & taking us to city for onward travel.
The very thick blankets on the beds, would have preferred duvets.

Disappointing
The park itself was roomy and had decent facilities.
The electronic communications and park map were a good use of technology.
We had a double room cabin - Im hoping my coffin comes with more room when I die!! For over $200 a night I would have expected much better. General feeling they are taking the mickey.
TV only worked on a couple of channels and they didnt seem to be connected to the internet so we couldnt use our own netflix or streaming accounts
The bathroom facilities were avergae. Showers are linited to 6 minutes which would be fine if it didnt take 5 min for the hot water to come through. Shower cabinets were grubby and the shower head kept coming off

The blackout curtains in all the rooms
Large table & benches and couches
Very comfortable beds and blankets
Nice heater/a/c in the room
Had fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster
Close to main kitchen and bathrooms/showers
Always a wait for the girls showers (needs more girls showers) and it was a little small for girls waiting to use the bathroom/showers.
There wasn't a lot for teenage kids to do. Maybe put in a game room.

Wonderful
The ensuite cabin was perfect for 2 adults and a 3yr old. We brought our moko down from Palmerston North for Disney on Ice. I chose North & South because for the childrens playground. It was better suited with a 3year than a motel/hotel.
The beds were comfy. Clean & tidy. Bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure.
We enjoyed our stay here.

Poor
It was cheap. Nice having a pool and jump pillow thingy.
Literally the worst showers we've ever used. What do you mean you only get 6 minutes of hot water!? Also, the top bunk is uncomfortable to climb into and its blanket had a weird smell.
