The location of Carlton Mill is brilliant - so close to Strawberry Fare Restaurant makes it super convenient and the meals are delicious and their staff are super friendly. I love crossing the road to walk in Hagley Park, such a beautiful park, and the closeness to the city centre. Onsite free parking is a real bonus too. Our room was also perfect - clean, comfy bed and all the amenities you need. Real value for money.

The room was very convenient for us arriving off an international flight and allowing us to settle in. The room was spacious, well laid out and well supplied with teas, coffees and kitchen facilities. Bathroom was easy to access with good sized shower and toiletries. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The location was great, clean and tidy, and quiet with friendly staff.
We ran out of hot water late in the afternoon, but once we informed the staff, the hotwater was restored quickly.

The size of the room was fantastic it enabled us to repack and get organised. Staff were amazing. They ensured we had a comfortable stay and that the room met our needs. It is located near bus services and easy walk to great restaurants.
