Location was great! However, McDonalds drive thru right across the street and there was much screaming of a bunch of people and cars racing around the drive thru till about 1am. So noisy! Was clean enough, just outdated.
The bed was so hard! You expect it to be soft when you sit on it, and it didn't even move at all. Was the hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life. Was not comfy.

The location of the motel is just the opposite of Westfield Riccarton so most of your necessities are there, meals, groceries, shopping.

Everything we asked for. Great situation opposite mall. Plenty off on site parking. Easy access off busy street. Quiet and comfortable with marvelous hosts. Will certainly stay there again.

I was asked to pay a $100 deposit on arrival. A few days after checkout, I was told the deposit would not be refunded automatically. Instead, the motel demanded my full credit card details (number, expiry date, and CVV) over phone/email in order to issue the refund. This is completely unsafe and against Booking.com’s own guidelines, which clearly warn customers never to share card details this way. I offered to provide my bank account for a refund, but they refused. This practice is unprofessional, unsafe, and puts guests at serious risk. look at the highlight on attached photo, even booking.com tell us not to provide credit card thru the phone. I have already reported the issue to Booking.com.

So close to everything and the room is super clean, nice bathroom/shower good lighting, the bed is so comfortable and staff super friendly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend them to our friends and families. Thank you very much.
