Staff always friendly and accommodating.
The room is needing a freshen up, it smelt musty . The drapes are fulling off the tracks and sheers have holes in them. We presumed they are hopefully going upgrade over winter

The location of the motel is just the opposite of Westfield Riccarton so most of your necessities are there, meals, groceries, shopping.

Location was great! However, McDonalds drive thru right across the street and there was much screaming of a bunch of people and cars racing around the drive thru till about 1am. So noisy! Was clean enough, just outdated.
The bed was so hard! You expect it to be soft when you sit on it, and it didn't even move at all. Was the hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life. Was not comfy.

The staff went above and beyond to help with us staying longer than expected with delays on our flights.
