Tired! The facilities were good, but the details were not. Small things that make you feel "Mmm": a cold-air bathroom heater, a broken electric blanket, a wobbly bathroom tap, and dirty spots that need wiping. They all need a little attention, and there will be more happy customers returning.

The location was close to our appointments, and there was a parking place outside our apartment door, making it easy to unload and load. It was comfortable and easy to locate. I saw on arrival that we would need a couple more tea towels for our stay, so I went straight away to ask, and the staff provided them. It was mostly well-equipped.
It could have been a little cleaner, as the bathroom corners and edges were dusty, and the shower was mouldy in the joins. Just needed a glass microwave bowl to cook noodles in.
