Good location. Towels changed daily. Good shower pressure. More than adequate.
I had a room on the 'main road side' of the complex which made for a somewhat noisy stay.

Spacious and better than expected for that price. Nice Thai restaurant directly across road.
Next to a main road - was a bit difficult getting across road but didn’t hear cars during night.

Great location as it is right next to Hagley park. We even walk from the motel to Riverside market as the weather was just so pleasant. There are also plenty of eateries nearby so getting food is quite convenient too.
There is no heater in the bedroom, only in the living room so had to keep the bedroom door open for the warm air to get in.

Spacious and very clean rooms. Very good location and the property staff had efficiently attended to our pre-arrival request for the king bed to be made up as two singles.

It was a lovely clean, modern and spacious room and very handy to Hagley Park and Riccarton Mall. Wonderful bar across the road

Very convenient and clean. The executive units are much preferred over the old original units.
Pillows were terrible and beds could've been more luxurious in the executive units.

Apartment was very comfortable and kitchen/dining/lounge area very spacious. Plenty of lounge space for our family. Laundry facility was great (although shut a little early at night). WiFi was great. Great water pressure.
Location was fantastic with the CBD being close enough to walk to via the Botanic Gardens.
Nowhere to put our luggage, bedrooms were very cramped, and cupboards did not fit our suitcases. Only one suitcase stand provided which had to be used in the lounge. Door didn't open all the way due to bed. Bathroom very cramped.
Hooks to hang winter coats would have been helpful.

had a unit with it's own facilities, as hubby a ceoliac we bring our own gf food and the kitchen was adequate
I would stay again but ask for a unit further from the road, 2nd night woken with noisy traffic , not something hotel could control

Super clean, great shower and bath too. Staff were really nice and helpful and room had great amenities and I LOVED the coffee cups! so nice to be able to have a decent sized coffee cup.
pillows were all very firm, no mixture of pillows, car parking was a bit hit and miss depending on location of your room
