Everything about the place was fantastic. I have no complaints. Host and the staff were polite and friendly. They couldn't
do enough for your stay to be enyoyable.
If and I mean if there is an issue it would be those who have a mobility problem. It is a bit of walk into the CBD. But as my wife and I enjoy the walk we found the location to be excellent.

Our room was clean and well laid out. It had everything that we needed, small kitchen, table and chairs, TV. The staff were accommodating when we arrived early and agreed to store our bags. the location was great, close to the park, short walk into the city centre, but in a safe and quiet part of the city.

The room are spacious and very clean with everything you need, hot chocolate included. In 10 min walking you are in the city centre. We’ve been there at the beginning and at the end of our trip in New Zealand as it’s good value for money

Great location, clean and tidy
The bed was rather soft and uncomfortable. The outside lights on the balcony were very bright and shone into our unit all night with no way of blocking them out

Well located within walking distance to the CBD. A fairly quiet neighbourhood too.
We arrived on an international flight after midnight. We had made contact with the hotel and they left our door unlocked etc but at night, in the dark, it took a bit to find the correct wing of the hotel and locate our room.

The motel was in a good location being a short walk from the city centre and had free parking which we appreciated. The room had everything we needed and staff were helpful at reception.
The place was quite dated and the hairdryer had seen better days.
