Really handy location for the CBD. Friendly staff and room was clean.
Accommodation wasn't luxurious but adequate for our purposes on a short stay.
The closest supermarket was some distance away when you didn't have a car. Not the fault of the motel!

I sent an enquiry around parking did not receive a reply. I also was a bit annoyed at having to pay for parking upon arrival although the fee was small.

I had a wonderful stay at Centre Point Colombo during my trip to Christchurch. The location is great—close to the city centre but still peaceful and quiet. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

Very nice quiet place. We stayed there 2 nights and it was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly.

The unit was small but well appointed (kitchen facilities, etc.), the shower was good, and the location was excellent (close to city centre, Town Hall, Casino, Art Gallery, etc.). I didn't expect my room to be serviced but it was.
I had a problem with Sky reception at just the wrong time (early morning All Blacks test) but it would probably be unfair to blame the hostelry. The bathroom could include a larger shelf for toiletries.

The motel was easy to find and had easy access and parking. Walking to the city was easy. The room was clean, warm, well-appointed and very comfortable. Good lighting in the bathroom for putting on makeup. The kitchenette had everything for simple meal making. Good to see the management had clear guidelines for environment friendly waste removal.

Friendly, helpful, welcoming and informative staff. Room a good size, clean, warm and had everything we needed. Great location for our concert at the town hall and close to the middle of the city. Good bars, cafes and restaurants nearby (Himalayas Indian excellent). Would definitely stay here again.
