Room was modern, clean and well presented. The owners clearly take pride in their work. Staff were very accomodating allowing us to check in later than normal. We arrived to a warm, well lit room.
we only stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed more.

Very central, wonderful shower pressure.
The couch in the living room was incredibly uncomfortable. The TV remote didn't seem to want to work. The towels were only replaced when we asked for them ( we were there for 5 nights), had to go buy more toilet paper.

The shower pressure was absolutely amazing.
The amount of space in the unit was plentiful.

Bed was comfortable and it had a great shower. Location was okay.
The bathroom could do with some maintenance, Door handle and window latch were loose and the bathroom heater looked as if it wasn't in good order and should be replaced.

It was convenient to why we were in Christchurch.
Bed was comfortable and shower was great.
It was noisy - no double glazing.
Needs net curtains on main windows for privacy.
Bathroom heater only blew cold air and had so much dust on it - needs replacing?
Coffee plunger supplied but no plunger coffee!
Microwave was broken.
