The owner was so nice and patient with us..
The 5pm traffic was standard in riccarton :) but rest of the time was great

Handy location across from Hagley Park. Dogs were allowed. Not far from Riccarton Mall.
Cobwebs in the ceiling corners, dirty curtains not hung properly, icebox in fridge completely iced up so couldn't get anything ing in there. No curtain at the front door, only a broken blind. Dirty marks on the wall above the bed.

Location was good nice and close to riccaton and city center. Bathroom wasn't bad
Bed was awful. Pillows weren't nice. I could feel the bed springs digging into my back while I slept. Room had damage to the wall paper and the fridge was rough looking. Door jammed from the inside. Blinds were not nice had bent ones and didnt seal the light out properly I won't be staying again

Leaving as it was awful
Everything, there was mold everywhere, rotten window sill, wires hanging out of bathroom light fittings. Stain on the towels, rust on microwave. And a broken windows.

Was in a poor state of repair- wasn’t clean in several places - shower worked well but the bathroom floor flooded every time ur was used as there was nothing to stop the water spreading

Convenient location next to Botanic Gardens, with a supermarket a few buildings away so we could buy snacks. Easy to park in front of unit. Staff lovely. Kitchenette was good for snacks and cuppas.
