Wonderful
We were upgraded and it was like staying in our own self contained chalet. We even had our own parking spot and courtyard near the pool and spa. Kitchen was great and the space in the chalet was huge and would be perfect if you were travelling with a family.

Location very good to walk to downtown. Quite motel with a funky look. Breakfast is available at the hotel next door or cafes a short walk toward downtown. City of Christchurch exceeded our expectations. Visit the park/gardens downtown.
Hope on and off tram provided good commentary but is over priced.

Great location, close to everything you need, many places are within walking distance. The room itself was incredibly spacious and allowed our group of 4 to have 2 separate bathrooms and sleeping areas.

We stayed in the spacious two bedroom apartment which met our needs perfectly. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the botanical gardens and trolley stop. We were able to get a late check-out while waiting on our flight out.
A little dated and hot, but met expectations of price and reviews.

Location was great as it was only a few minutes from downtown. The room was large and spacious.
The room was clean, but when we first walked in the carpet had a horrible stain. It looked like there had been some upgrading however definitely could’ve used new carpet and flooring.
It was definitely an ice saw the moment we walked in the room.
And parking was extremely tight
