Location was great as it was only a few minutes from downtown. The room was large and spacious.
The room was clean, but when we first walked in the carpet had a horrible stain. It looked like there had been some upgrading however definitely could’ve used new carpet and flooring.
It was definitely an ice saw the moment we walked in the room.
And parking was extremely tight

Beautiful gardens with a good BBQ and pool area.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment with a group
This room needs quite a few repairs and had clearly not been cleaned very well.
Food from prior guests was found left in the oven, however when reported to the manager he dealt with the situation swiftly and professionally which was much appreciated by the group.

The room was spacious and the pool / spa kept the kids entertained
The room was old and needed some time and effort put into it. It has clearly been painted over (wooden doors etc) with no prep or care. The bathroom blind was covered in mould so clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time but we had to close it as a tour bus ended up parked right outside the window just prior to starting the shower. The windows upstairs either didn't open (broken shut) or opened so far that it was dangerous (no stopper or anything on them & that was on the second floor)

The Hotel needs Renovation, shower was getting filled up with water, old bathroom, as soon as you entered the rooms, you get smell like it has been closed for a while.

Very old and tired motel.
Taps were turned off so tight to stop them dripping we needed two hands to turn them on.
Entre door side light had a 20mm x 20mm hole in corner at ground level.
Bathroom door had sagged so much it jammed on the sill and could not be closed or locked.
Carpet was extremely dirty.
