Very Good
The accommodation is well located and good value for money. Easy to pick up the tram and an easy walk to Cathedral Square area. The Duty Manager has been very helpful in assisting us with an insurance claim (Air NZ issue, not the hotel!).

The strategic location to the city centre - christchurch townhall and riverside market areas.
The apartment needs to be renovated as the facilities are quite rundown.

Great location for walking all around Wellington, restaurants, museums, etc. Staff is super nice/helpful.
Good gym!
Homeless dudes out front, but they’re benign. The parking is a challenge! It’s under the building and tight. But free!

Good location
We had 3 rooms. All of them needed a good clean. Dirty baseboards and door frames. Bathroom floors in the corners were dirty. Headboards stained. Stains and drips of brown stuff on walls. Carpets looked and felt dirty. No where to hang towels with 4 people staying. Beds were old and not comfortable.

Location of the hotel was great.
The room was really run down. The walls were peeling, cupboards in bad condition, curtain in second bedroom didn't open and they were fraying in parts. Would be so much better if a re-vamp, lick of paint and new curtains.

Pleasant
This is a very dated hotel. Be aware that they are in the midst of updating bathrooms. Ours was not updated yet, so I cannot speak to how that has turned out. Beds were just ok, but glad our stay was short because we did not sleep well here. Staff is wonderful and helpful.

Staff were really great to deal with on both check in and check out. Even went out of their way to help me with an issue that I had that wasn't to do with the stay.
Room is slightly outdated but that can be seen in the pictures when booking anyway.

The apartment had a separate lounge/kitchen/dining area and felt spacious.
Very close to the city centre.
The bathroom fan was very noisy, and the shower box looked like a bath in the photos, but was too small to bath in.
The room looked dated, but was clean and tidy.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Staff lovely and location perfect for event at town hall
The TV entertainment was appalling. Only basic channels. No sky or Netflix and constant Pixel glitching made watching TV impossible. For price paid it was unacceptable. Also, why do we have to pay extra for parking, price was expensive enough without the addition. Money grabbing really. Also shower head would not stay in place which made showering very difficult as had to hold onto shower head during shower
