Great location to airport - and bonus points for how quiet it was given the proximity!
I must have been in an older unit - it showed in the wear-and-tear apparent on every single surface including the stove in the kitchenette, mold in the shower and around the windows in the ample bathroom. Bed covering and curtains were not in their best conditions. Certainly workable, but I had higher expectations given the pictures provided on this site.
The main "living" area was cramped due to an extra bed that I didn't need. The toilet would run if the button wasn't fiddled with to make it stop. While airflow was sufficient for cooling the unit during my stay, there is no AC. Not an issue for me, but something for older travelers to be aware of.
Note that the location is a minimum 15 min walk to intersections at either end of the main road the motel sits at; restaurants are not close by. While the bus stop is convenient, it isn't a major route (hence the need for a longer walk).

The reception was very friendly, and the unit was comfortable and had what we wanted for our stay.
The decor and fit-out were very "tired" and basic but that didn't bother us and is to be expected for the rate charged.

The price was great and the location is great if you want easy transport to the Ilam and uni area, while it was also very clean, with amazing friendly staff that made for a overall amazing stay. Even had good heating.
The overall esthetic was a bit on the older side especially the door having a old locking system so security would be the only concern, and the shower you basically have to have it on max heat to get any form of heat out of it.

Good location for where I was working. The rooms were warm and the towels and linen clean and fresh.
Just needs a spruce up, it is dated but for very short term stays it's enough.
