Our unit was next to the road and the traffic noise was pretty bad until midnight, lots of revving engines. There seemed to be a lot of vacant units further away from the road so it's a pity we were allocated that one.

Very friendly staff - we were a bit late at checkout and were expecting to be scolded, but the staff were extremely understanding and sweet. The room is clean and with very good beds. The location is quiet, ear the airport and the city centre.

The location was excellent and the young man at the desk (Aurel) was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We were given a free upgrade to a more spacious room and a separate bedroom for my daughter, which we appreciated. It was a clean place with lots of amenities and an easy parking spot right outside our room.
The motel is close to a busy street and you could hear traffic during busy times. You could also hear other people using the toilet in nearby rooms, but it wasn’t a busy season so not much of a bother. Overall I would recommend this place as easy walk to city!

Location, size of room, kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, large spa bath, reasonably quiet given location on Bealey Ave.
Heating - what was there, did the job but a heat pump would make life a bit easier.

The property was clean, tidy and central to where we were working. The young man who checked us in was extremely helpful even carrying our bags upstairs for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
I stay at a lot of Bella Vista motels, and they're consistently good.
There was no electric blanket, and the nights were starting to get cold in Christchurch. Perhaps they don't go on until May. I hope they're on by the time I stay three nights in June.
