Wonderful
Great unit, comfy, everything needed.
Was loud when other guests closed their doors. Maybe cheap carpet in the corridor area would help stop the echo.

The toilet wasn't clean when we arrived at our room.
Alot of the plugs didn't work so we had to unplug appliances to use other appliances.
The staff were very friendly and helpful

The beds were so comfy
The place wasn't very clean. There were false fingernails all over the floor, which were black. So was the carpet in the unit. The dish detergent is so watered down it left the dishes greasy still. We went and purchased some more. The dish clothes are cut so small you can hardly call it a dish cloth. The shower over the spa bath leaks so bad it didn't stop the whole time we were there. We were in room 9. Room 8 across from us smoked weed all night.. The office is unattended the whole time we were there. Wouldn't stay again. We were for 2 nights.

staff where freindly
Road noise was a drag and the towels and wash clothes and bath mat where all so thin , the basin tap leaked or ran after you turned it off. No iron in the room and the gust laundry (presumably had one but not open until 9..00am what a joke and closed at 5 or 6 or something the sign said. I got there after 8.00pm and left by 7.30 and no iron for my shirt, not impressed.

Was very central to what I wanted. The bed was wayyyyy too comfy I barely wanted to get out! The spa was so good wish I'd used it more than once.
The TV only had a few options and no option for Netflix. Not a big deal tho
