Next door to me 2x nights had noisy people in it was a domestic going on till early hour of the morning 3am Next night seems like people coming and going all night (drugs?)till about 4am not good

Beautiful place the staff are also kind and very helpful , check out was easy and simple jusy had to leave key on the table, staff are friendly and nice too. Love the place had good television and beds are comfortable and clean!. Come to this place if visiting Christchurch and want smt cheap that also good staff , quiet and comfortable with A SMART TV that got YouTube Netflix etc.

The team at 311 were absolutely fantastic, Jing helped me so much, whilst I stayed at 311 motels whilst my husband was hospital. Couldn’t fault the staff, cleanliness or comfort of the room.

Clean and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend in Chch. Loved having a suite with kitchenette for breakfast.
It was quiet in the bedroom but for the person sleeping in the living space the noise from the parking lot was loud at night and in the morning.
