The hotel staff were helpfull and friendly. The room was super comfy aswell pretty spacious for close to the cbd.

The location was great, only a couple of minutes walk to Spark Arena. The room was as expected for a hotel room, with everything needed for a night's stay. Having a balcony was great. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and it looked fairly new. Staff were friendly and approachable.
Lack of parking - the most stressful part of our stay!

The waitresses in the restaurant ar breakfast were nice and friendly.
The breakfast manager was stressful!
The noise from the street was horrible.
My key wouldnt work i had to get it re activated twice
The breakfast was odd, fruit was old.
I wouldnt stay there again.

The customer service of Matt , Ben were exceptional. Carla was also great in housekeeping. They are the epitome of excellent customer service. Location is the best as everything was a walking distance for food etc. Parking was also reasonably priced.
Clean and tidy in presentation.Gym facility was fantastic.
There was a stain in the blanket but it didn’t affect the function.
Hallway smell can also be improved.

The room was pretty good overall.
It would be nice if there was a small sofa in the rooms, even the budget ones. I prefer sofas and coffee tables over the small dining type table that was in our room. Was also quoted different prices for parking.
