Wonderful
We were upgraded upon arrival to a two bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise. The kitchen facilities meant we could cook our own meals.
We wanted to stay another night but were informed that cost would be almost double what we originally paid per night due to the upgraded room. We elected to move on to another town instead, was disappointing at the time but as we headed to the Bay of Islands instead of staying in Auckland, I have no regrets.

Room was very dated, carpet worn, furniture not practical and a lot of people loud late at night and in the early hours of the morning (parties!)

Wonderful
Room was very spacious. Loved the view over the Grafton Bridge. Loved how you could smoke/vape on the balcony (ashtray provided). Bonus we had a washing machine and drier in our room. Bathroom was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Also plenty storage space for those with a bit of luggage pieces. Check in amd Check out process was smooth and easy. Will definitely stay again.
Was a bit sad the pool was closed, but understandable with season conditions. Regardless, was still a good stay to relax.

Wonderful
The reception upgraded our room from a one bedroom to two bedroom which was a pleasant surprise. The location was great as it was near all the places we wanted to visit The room was clean and welcoming.
Nothing much. Maybe nicer decorations, however, we only stayed there to sleep so it didn't bother us at all.

Conveniently located. Nice bathroom and loved the towel warmer. Wonderful staff, nice laundry.
They need lamps in living areas. Overhead lighting is ok but way too bright for evening relaxing. Also the sofa was broken.

The staff was excellent. They gave good information and even let us store our luggage for part of the day before we went on the cruise ship. Definitely a good place to stay with easy transit access and the ability to walk to CBD.

Apartment was very tired with new carpet needed. Clothes dryer is located in the bathroom and sits in front of the washing machine. Odd placement when it should be wall hung.

Very convenient when needing to be near Auckland Hospital - just a 10 minute walk away, across Grafton Bridge. Apartment had a good kitchen, and there is a mini supermarket next door. The apartment wasn't fancy, but was what I needed, and I was upgraded on arrival which was nice. The view from 11th floor was impressive!
I didn't realise that the parking costs $30/day (make sure you ask ahead), but it was very handy as no street parking in the area.
No air conditioning, but there were a couple of fans.

This property was in a good location for where we needed to be within the CBD. The unit was clean and everything we needed for our stay.
The twin beds were very soft and uncomfortable. I was also unhappy with how ridiculously expensive it was to park our car overnight.

Location was good for city center. Walking distance for most things
It was noisy at night with location near freeway and hospital.
Building was showing its age with respect to lack of aircon and double glazing
That being said, I think that’s reflected in the price paid. You’d pay significantly more for those amenities in nearby other hotels /airbnbs

Pleasant
Location convenient for us as we walk a lot. Auckland domain park nearby. 15-20 minutes to ferries.
Coffee shops nearby, especially liked the Intruders. Circle K well stocked.
Facilities were functional and adequate, beds were comfortable. Generous exchanging towels if needed.
Staff always helpful.
Dirty dingy torn carpet was so depressing. If changed it would make the whole apartment so much nicer.
Seating limited for a 2 bedroom and not so comfortable.
Only 2 elevators in large building so in the morning with cleaners filling the elevators we often had to wait ages.

Dirty, bed side table was sticky and had visible marks, walls were dirty could of done with an actual clean, rubbish bin was dented and old
