The location was very central and in the heart of the small town. It even comes with a restaurant that also doubles as a place for check-ins after working hours. Regardless, all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pantry was also well stocked with lots of teas & coffees... You'd need that since it's a small town and there's nothing much to do after dark.
There are no staff to handle issues after working hours. And since I was there on a weekend, I had no one to attend to my plumbing issue. The toilet sink stopper was tightly sealed and hence the water level kept rising as I used it for my personal hygiene purposes.

Very handy location, Good meals downstairs in the bar.. Enjoy our stay.
Only had one chair in the room for two people.
Tables outside the bar were sticky and needed a clean. A lack of chairs in this area also.

Like the shops nearby - Liqor, convenience, eateries within walking distance. Love the unique lift in the hotel. Palm trees gives me the summer feeling. Enjoyed my stay. Liked that you put in dining recommendations in your neighbourhood, in the room. Enjoyed breakfast at Chez Bean (we had an early breakfast at 7.30am on a Sunday). Thanks!

There is nothing to fault when staying here. I basically refuse to stay anywhere else when I am in the area.
If I could give Catherine a pay rise myself I absolutely would. All the staff are great but I am lucky enough to be there when Catherine is usually working and she's nothing short of amazing. She is put simply absolutely wonderful.

I was happy with our room perfect for my little family beds were very comfy awesome shower pressure. Staff were amazing even over long weekend. Location was amazing for us as I didn't want to be in the city
Larger fridge for a family would of been better but we made do ☺️ also more pots etc to cook with.
