Perfectly location, we were in town for a concert and this was 1 street from our favorite food court (amazing food), and was only a block from the event buses.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The accommodation was a little dated in areas but everything was really clean which is always my key focus when booking anywhere.
Also liked the secure access, and the great water pressure.

Drop is off not easy. But if you are checky neighbouring hotel has got good driveway.

Location is excellent; cafe was good for breakfast; fast elevators; great view; spacious apartment; comfortable bed; good AC; quiet other than road construction one evening; well-equipped, good price, convenient parking.
Bathroom floor wasn't clean; toilet made strange noises; housekeeping showed up one day but not the next (despite having the "make up room" tag out).

The 2bdrm and 1bdrm apartment was very spacious and great for our little whanau. We were totally wowed by the view. We were rapt that we got rooms side by side.
The private parking was great, however I thought once you go through the second gate that you could park anywhere, which I ended up doing and then received a note on my window screen the next morning that next time I park there my vehicle will be towed. Reception needs to specify exactly where Sebel Quay carparks are please. It was frustrating having to drive around for a bit trying to get close enough to the motel to book in, alot of streets were one way, so it seemed like a bit of a maze trying to park somewhere just to get to the reception.

Spacious apartment with lovely views, Location was perfect for down town/viaduct. Staff were also lovely. Great overall place to stay
Bathroom a bit worse for wear but still functional.
TV channels were very minimal, not able to access normal TV channels 1,2 or 3 and no Sky movie channels. Recommend Smart TV's

Great location, spacious two-bedroom apartments, the bath and and laundry facilities.
Decor is slightly dated, pool was not available during our stay and lifts were out of order.

Nice to have an apartment for 3 women - great location, appreciated laundry soap/facilities in the unit.
A bit dated, kitchen was spartan for supplies.
A bit of a difficulty checking in despite email confirmation but quickly rectified.
