We stayed 6 nights and it was lovely! Our room was serviced everyday which was so helpful to end our busy days with a lovely fresh room. It had everything we needed, a kitchen to make breakfast and snacks, and incredibly convenient allocated parking. It was perfect for our family of 3, the location was great. Supermarket close by and of course Sylvia Park Mall!
The wall behind the bed was a little grubby and could be thoroughly cleaned.

They need curtains rather than the dual roller blinds as the light ame through the edges of the blinds

The staff were extremely helpful and the motel very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location suited us fine as we had a car and were able to drive to the places we wanted to go.
Rather more information about places to eat in the immediate vicinity of the property. The internet was rather problematic.

Even though it’s a busy area, the rooms are away from the highway. So nice and quiet and rooms were warm with heat pump. Staff on reception, polite & helpful. Good with Te Reo pronunciation. We would stay again.

Neat, tidy and clean. Staff were friendly and cordial. Very close to shops. Sylvia Park is 2 minutes away. Definitely booking again soon.

Two bedrooms to accommodate a family, with one room having two single beds for the kids. Nice high pressure shower. Sky TV in living room. Big fridge.
We found a cockroach, two hair ties full of hair and a used L&P bottle in the room upon arrival. The room felt damp & likely needed a dehumidifier run in it for a bit.

Location
The bed looked like it hadn't had the sheets and covers changed, and the bathroom was not cleaned. Hair was all over the floor as well as dred up urine.. The whole room smelt like mold/damp. I would not recommend room 3 im not sure about the other rooms.
