Very handy location from the airport. We stayed at this place on our first and last night in Auckland due to its proximity to the airport as we arrived very late on the first night and left very early in the morning on our last night Super handy location and rooms more than comfortable for our needs Off street parking available Reception staff very friendly and helpful
No iron/ironing board in the rooms. Only one available in the laundry for all guests to use that could do with a new ironing board cover.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet space. Feels safe with the added security gate. Excellent communication. This is my third time staying here, I never consider staying elsewhere whenever I am in Auckland.

The property was very secure and the room was comfortable. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. The reception staff was excellent and provided all the information we needed when asked. The location was a little out of the way, but easy access by bus if desired. We had a rental car and there was plenty of parking.
I would say the one thing that would elevate this property would be some hooks on the bathroom door. And a hand towel hook. There is only one small towel rack outside the shower for everything, which is fine if there’s only one person in the room. Also, the layout is a bit odd, with the microwave at the front door but the kitchen is at the back.
