Room is clean and well maintained. Linens, bathroom and kitchenette were all clean. The staff is very friendly and were able to meet our needs with respect to checking in earlier, holding on to our luggage after checkout. We needed a clean and quiet place and it delivered well on both aspects. The staff sweetly handed us some Lindt chocolates as a Christmas treat which was very sweet

The hotel was clean and the beds was comfortable, they even gave us water bottles each day (we were there for 2 nights). The motel was close to supermarket, shopping center and not too far from the central business district (cbd). It seems like they are still doing some renovating. The rooms seemed to be newly painted and family owned and they were really kind, friendly and accommodating and gave us the better parking space to park our van.
The bathroom has 2 steps to go to the shower and toilet.

The location was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to help out when we were in a bind with the new car we brought. The room was kept extremely clean and well stocked our whole stay. The location was great and close to some great eateries. I highly recommend this place.

loved everything staff were absolutely lovely awesome staff as we were meant to check in at 2-3pm we arrived late due to traffic etc staff member was so kind when we arrived though we were late 10/10 highly would recomment staying here with your whanau or as a couple/solo Beautiful staff/Location everything close to everything

The only thing I disliked were the memory foam pillows - don’t think anybody does? Lovely helpful staff

It was just what we needed for somewhere to stay and recovery from surgery. Handy to all facilities.
We had to stay 1 extra night and they accommodated us during a busy period.
To be a bit picky..... The couch was uncomfortable and there was no milk. But if that's the only 2 things then it really wasn't too bad at all.
