So close to Auckland town hall where we were going to see a concert.
Stress free valet parking is definitely the way to go.
The room upgrade was a nice surprise along with a personal note left in our room.
The room was very clean with lovely decor, comfortable bed and a big smart tv.
Above all the staff made us feel so welcoming we wished had stayed for another couple of nights.
Nothing at all…..I travel a lot with my job and stay in lots of hotels throughout New Zealand and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in.

Excellent hotel in Auckland — everything within easy reach
stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to New Zealand — first when I arrived in Auckland, and again on my way back home. Because my first stay was excellent in every way, I decided to book the same hotel again, and once more everything was just as good as the first time.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well equipped, including a kitchenette. The bathroom also has everything you need. The food was excellent, and the coffee was truly top quality. The staff were very kind, welcoming and always helpful.
A lovely extra touch was receiving a complimentary drink because I returned to the hotel. I felt very well taken care of during both stays and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Awesome location!!! Close enough to town but far enough away to not have many disruptions outside, has a restaurant down in the lobby, didn’t eat there as we had places pre booked but the food smelt delicious, we even got a free room upgrade!! Great shower!!

Have stayed there before and enjoyed excellent customer service. Savita (on reception) who we had met before on a previous visit was there when we checked out so great to catch up again. She even raced out to say goodbye to us after we had to hastily exit as our UBer ride had arrived.....how great is that for customer service!!

Excellent stay with superb service and attentiveness from the staff. Great restaurant & coffee seals the deal. We have rebooked for same time next year. High comfort levels and ease of use make this a definitive CBD stay for us.
