Good location, room was modern and tidy.
Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. Access to the room was challenging, particularly when carrying luggage up the stairs. The room itself was very small, and despite booking for three guests, only two towels were provided. Attempts to contact reception for an additional towel were unsuccessful. The complimentary milk supplied was also insufficient for three adults.

Fantastic one night stay in Auckland. This room was everything I hope for when staying in a hotel! Clean, comfortable, quiet and all the amenities you need (tea kettle, tea bags, toaster, fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.) It felt luxurious and we loved the modern design. Heater worked well and bed was comfy. Location was great for a one night stay in between CBD and the airport.

Disappointing
The room was clean and had been recently refurbished.
Even though I had asked for a quiet room, I was given a room that overlooked a main road so the road noise was very loud. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also, there were some questionable guests staying in a room next door who came and went all night, argued and kept us awake most of the night.

Room was beautiful and so clean, I love the mirror lights actually everything about the room was beautiful
The bathroom flooded after a shower, wasn’t too sure why but had let reception know before leaving
