Great space. Clean. It was close to many restaurants and shops. It was also walking distance to where we rented a car for the rest of our New Zealand trip. The indoor/outdoor lap pool was an amazing bonus that entertained us. It was a nice safe place for us to shelter from the impending cyclone.

Very convenient in the Parnell superb of Auckland and very close to the bus stop just around the corner. Also there were plenty of eateries and cafes within close walking distance.

Very well appointed room with laundry facilities and a kitchen. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size and was quiet.

Excellent hotel with kitchen, bug rooms, full glass windows overlooking park in quiet safe Parnell a quick bus ride to central business district or Newmart, safe trendy neighborhood walkable to shopping boutiques and restaurants, great views in neighborhood on the hill above Auckland overlooking sea. Fitness room. Reception with kind helpful staff. Free use of umbrellas. Soundproof rooms, daily cleaning, digital keyboards. Large comfy bed, modern design, coffeemaker refrigerator full kitchen, sitting area in room, big closets, laundry in room, large bathroom with modern design, blow dryer. Will return.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with my family. The setup was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The location is wonderful. Many things i walking distance and public transportation is very easy to use and just steps away.

Location was excellent with only a 1 minute walk to the La La coffee shop and lots of nearby restaurants, bakery, churches and shops. Walk to downtown takes about 15 minutes or hop on the Orange bus to Sky Tower from Parnell Street and use your credit card to "tap on and then tap off." Staff was very receptive to providing items needed in room. We appreciated that they provided detergent packets for the washer; the speed of the dryer was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a lap pool and exercise room.
The room with two twins beds was too small for suitcases to be opened and they need to kept in living room.
The bathroom does not have a single hook for toiletry bag or for towels. The walls could use some decoration - at least a poster!

Building and room were clean. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra help parking our car in the garage. Location was good for restaurants and access to the Domain and the trains and bus stop. Communication before arriving went fine.

Wonderful location and a comfortable and functional room with solid amenities and an outstanding neighborhood - great for a short stay. Everything was clean and the space was quiet - didn't use the parking but it looked easy and accessible. The front desk staff were helpful and overall we were very pleased to have found Parnell.

The Quest Apartments is located in the suburb of Parnell next suburb to the city - you can walk to the city if you are up to it - there is also a bus on the main road - these Apartments are setback from the main street and very quiet - we had a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious - this is the second time in two years I have stayed at this accommodation and it is my to go place in Auckland

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Great neighborhood.
Arriving and departing was a bit clunky as there is no dedicated parking for registration and you must go up and down flight of stairs with luggage.
