The rooms were a good size and the property was well located a short walk to Britomart. Good value and I didn't experience the issues others had with small car parks but we were on the upper parking level.

The location was decent and it was nice to have use of a cooktop and full sized fridge/freezer.
Parking was horrible. The garage is a cramped nightmare to get in and out of, to the point where I chose not to drive places so that I wouldn't have to deal with the garage more than necessary. The bed was also not as advertised (not king sized, more like 2 singles pushed together) and the shower water oscillated between hot and cold, but was more often cold than hot.

Everything was super comfortable and so easy having a parking there. The Argentinian receptionist (sorry, can’t remember your name), was absolutely lovely. Very helpful and kind, thanks so much for it. The rooms are clean, big enough and beds comfy

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen wares were all there, though basic, I would be confident to cook some real food if I wanted to.
There is no AC, and the actual room looks much different than the photos. The property is on a hill, so every time I need to go back, there is always some uphill walking to do.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was quiet near the harbour for boat trips.
The room was a bit tired and needed an upgrade.The microwave is so high up on a shelf it's very difficult to get to and could be dangerous

The location was great - an easy walk to the downtown but not in the tourist center, and near to the university and various parks. The room was just enough, we enjoyed having a balcony and the kitchen set up was great.
The bath is a bit small and hard to navigate.
