Great property, very clean, comfortable, amazing that there are laundry machines in your room. Free extras: Tim Tams on your pillow, water in the fridge, laundry detergent available, etc.
Smooth check in and out process. Nothing to complain about.
No negatives. Was exactly what we were looking for before driving to the airport

Room very clean and staff visited every day to clean it, so they make our stay very confort
The TV system need to be looked at, even with extra charge it will be better because we struggle to use it, so we used our ipad and phone.

Very clean and convenient location close to highway.
As the reception has limited hours on the weekend, the check in after reception hours should have been explained in advance. As we stayed from Saturday evening to Monday morning, nothing was open, not even the Supérette convenience store, no cafes nothing except close by gas station and Indian restaurant Namaste. Excellent food by the way!

It is my second time staying at The Quest and it is definitely my go to for future business trips as it is ideally located just 900m away from our Auckland branch. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly, accommodating and very helpful making check-in and check-out an absolute pleasure. A bonus to me was the fact that I did not have to drive anywhere for a meal and other necessities as the cafe and restaurants are very conveniently located on the premises.
The first time I stayed at Quest I was on the 6th floor and there was no parking due to construction, but the comfort of the room made up for it, and I was very happy with the room. This time around I booked a parking spot ahead of time and worked out perfect. I stayed in room 415, while it was very clean the bed in this particular room was not very comfortable and was on wheels and kept on moving when I got onto it which was a bit of a pain.
Overall, Both times I stayed it was a great experience.

WIFI IS THE WORST AND IT SPOIILED MY STAY AT QUEST. WIFI IS BAD BAD BAD. I COULD NOT EVEN WORK FROM MY ROOM. THE CONNECTION KEPT ON DROPPING EVERY MINUTE.

Very well equipped, clean apartment. The location is convenient as long as one has own transport. Not many dining options in the vicinity, but some a few minutes drive away. Not too far from Auckland Airport either.
Booking process was a bit confusing. Several emails confirming different things and asking to fill in forms, which then were not required after all (apparently these were meant only for direct bookings, not when booked through booking.com). After having my late check-in confirmed, I still received emails confirming a 2pm check in and requesting me to contact the hotel if I wanted to check in late. It all worked out, but was a bit tiring at the time.

The room was clean and lovely
unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on outside which was noisy in the room and made it confusing for parking and finding the hotel entrance. There was no secure parking available and it was a little unnerving walking from the carpark to the hotel on my own at night through the construction site. I will definitely stay again but will ask for a room at the opposite end of the construction site
