It’s very much close to everything
Parking can be an issue, you need to reserve the parking, if not need to park on the street.
Our room door opening was straight opposite to the other room. The Foyer has hardly enough to keep one suitcase.

The location is excellent. Really close to Henderson Park where the trails are fantastic. Close to shops, Very nice and comfortable,

The room was well appointed with everything needed for a few nights stay. Especially handy to have the washing machine and dryer as we had torrential rain!
The accomodation was great, no real complaints. The only consideration is the double-door entry to the room I was in - it was tricky to manoeuvre the doors with luggage on my own - people with limited mobility might find it quite difficult.

Staff were fantastic gave us an upgrade for no xtra as I had booked the wrong type of room . It was very handy to the hospital as I had a procedure.Easy walking distance to Shops .

Room was spacious, clean and accommodating. Easy to park on the street (public holiday made it easier). Staff were lovely. Bed was comfy, couch was also decent.

Bed was good, and all the facilities as expected. I made a late booking and this was handled well with good communicaiton, including instruciotns for afterhours chek in.
Nothing really - The price was OK but for a last minute booking I thought it might have got a slightly cheaper price.

Reserved car parking is exceptional. Reception staff are very pleasant and present good information. This apartment gets better as it ages.

Room was clean but a bit smelly - when we put the aircon on it had a terrbile smell. We then got ants.

Location was nice and close to the pool which is why we were in Henderson
Booked a two bedroom apartment for myself and daughter. Rooms were separate and not interconnecting. Had locked doors in between rooms and so if my daughter needed me in the night she would have had to ring me or knock on my door without locking herself out - wasn't what I expected.
It was also very expensive for accomodation that is getting old and heard alot of traffic noise.

Everything was convenient, easy check-in and check-out. Staff were amazing and always there when needed or had any questions. Dryer/washing machine super helpful during our stay as-well as we went home with no laundry haha. Would definitely stay again and fully reccommend?

More lighting required at the entrance to the hotel, it was hard to find the hotel at first due to darkness. Quest sign did not stand out.
