Best place in Auckland to stay. Beautifully area, good parking and Restaurant and always value for money. It is also run by a trust, a lot of profit goes to community..

The room has been recently renovated and is lovely. It is tastefully decorated and spacious and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay again.
The carparking was a little tight for larger vehicles.

Have stayed here several times - it's in a great location with free parking. The 1BR suites are a good size and very comfortable. Overall, it's really good value for a capital city hotel.

Comfortable and good for Parnell restaurants .. reception staff friendly and helpful
Although partially renovated, the rooms are quite dated ‘motel style’. Breakfast for Gluten free limited and staff a bit chaotic.

We loved the location and how quiet the hotel was. The toiletries suppled were lovely. :) Staff were friendly and helpful and parking was easy.
The room was a little dated but still very comfortable.

Easy parking, easy access through reception and up the lift (no swipe card required to activate lift) to our room, separate living space to our bedroom with ample comfortable seating and a 2nd bedroom for guests if required. Very quiet surroundings and neighborhood and lovely views of the harbour, Rangitoto, through to the CBD. And having your own control of heating/cooling for each of the rooms was great. Easy to find light switches. We didn't need to use the kitchenette but having that electric hob and bench means we will revisit next time we need to stay longer.
Our first impression once out of the elevator was the chilly passageway to our room. Only partially closed in from the elements. General upkeep such as painting is poor. Although the room layouts are excellent the decor and fittings is so 1970!!! The bathroom needs a serious upgrade...seratone on the walls, shower over bath, exposed plumbing behind the WC, the vanity formica swelling up, flourescent tube lighting and the refurbishment requirement list goes on and on.

Wonderful
Great location easy to walk to parks, rose garden, saltwater pool, transit, shops, older neighborhood with big trees.
Friendly cleaning and check- in staff. Free parking.
Good to know it’s a charitable trust.
Older bathrooms, would benefit from more hooks and suitcase stands.

The apartment is well laid out with a small balcony for fresh air. We are regulars here and this style of apartment suits our needs.
The place is showing it's age a little. The bed is getting too soft and the kitchen could do with a dish rack for a start...

The room was comfortable and clean and very acceptable. The entrance to the property isn't really inviting.
The restaurant is very dated and the food was average. The staff are really lovely and polite. I feel it should have had an update 10 years ago to match the standard of the room.

The bed was awesome, it was nice and clean and relatively quiet.
The restaurant was subpar. We ordered and got the wrong meal but it was still gluten free so my partner ate it. However, the fish made him sick.
