Ngaire was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was amazingly quiet providing a restful nights sleep. Handy to everything we needed and came to town to do. Quite a unique stay and we are very glad we did.Memorable stay, in a good way.
Bathroom is functional, but a bit small and will need some love soon.

Great location to visit Ponsonby n the city being closeby.
Lovely hostess.
We stayed for 5 nights but taken out daily by daughter.
3 flights of stairs,1st to go into villa n 2 sets to bedroom n bathroom,not for aging senior citizens like us.!
No living room or lounge to relax.

The host was friendly and we enjoyed her telling us about her fascinating life. We liked the quirkiness of this accommodation but it won't be for everyone.

There was no breakfast included but Ngaire provides microwave and crockery - seriously though you are so close to so many cafes on Ponsonby road that its really not an issue, the location is perfect. Bed is very comfortable and i even used the gym downstairs.
It was a perfect stay for what i needed, if i was there for a few days it may have been a bit tight space wise, but everything was provided!!

Ngaire was super accomodating and helpful. Very friendly. The room was clean and location was great for us, as we had a concert at Western Springs stadium and was super close.
