Parking right in front of the room was easy. Kitchen facilities were nice to have
The sheets were so cheap. I ended up sleeping in the single bed because the queen bed was so uncomfortable. It needed to be better cleaned - hairs in the shower, almost finished toilet paper roll.

We enjoyed five nights at the Phoenix Palm Motel. Usshan and his team were very good hosts and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The unit was quiet, modern and well-fitted out with everything we would require and there was plenty of hot water. This motel was well placed for our needs and there are plenty of food options including a supermarket close by in Remuera Rd. We'd certainly consider returning.
This is not so much an issue with the Motel and is only a minor consideration. It is located directly opposite an Intermediate School. Getting out of the drive-way about 8:45am on week days was a bit of a challenge with a lot of traffic coming and going and people dropping of children for school. It's also adviseable if driving that you keep Google Maps on as there's some fiddly navigation around the roads if you don't know the area well.
