Staffs are friendly and acts promptly we have a leaking problem in our room and they moved us to a new one and the location is close to everything.

Clean, had all the essentials, ground level, and a parking spot right outside your door. Friendly staff.
The door to get into the room was a sliding patio door that was a bit tricky to lock. It didn't seem very secure. Fortunately the neighbourhood seemed safe so I wasn’t overly concerned.

Great room for the price, worked well for us as we had to come up to Auckland quickly. The owner was great with messaging me.
The hot water turns cold every now and again when having a shower. Other than that, it’s was good!
