Near to the airport. Free airport shuttle service. Staff very friendly. Room very quiet. Offers parking spots for your car during your holiday away, which is very convenient.

Disappointing
Transfers were great
The bed was very uncomfortable and the people in the other units were very loud, made it very hard to sleep after a very early flight. There were no extra blankets in the room either

Clean, comfortable bed, accommodating staff.
Noisy. I could hear the voices of others outside in the corridor. Doors shutting were very loud too. No microwave in room.

Walls are pretty thin so you can hear others arriving and leaving at odd hours.

good location - close to the airport. easy check in / check out process. the staff at reception were friendly.
Room was not clean — we even saw a cockroach, which was quite off-putting. The space felt dark even with the lights on, and overall it just didn’t give a sense of cleanliness. The cleaner may have done what they could, but the facility itself feels dated and not well maintained.
The walls seem very thin — we could clearly hear guests talking loudly in the hallway throughout the night. The constant noise made it difficult to sleep at all.
The overall area didn’t feel safe, and we were quite uneasy leaving our car parked even just outside our room overnight.

The amount of space in the studio was fantastic everything was super clean and well kept.

Spacious rooms, close to the airport with free airport shuttle and laundry.
The room was a little dark and dingy. Something had been smooshed into the carpet. Airing it out for a few hours helped a lot. The laundry is free, but the controls are enigmatic. Washing took over an hour for what we thought was the "normal" setting, and drying took a very, very long time. Upon further investigation, only one dryer got warm, but ironically, the dryer that didn't heat up dried clothes faster?

The location is relatively close to the airport. It's a good location to stay for 1-2 nights after a long flight. It has good connection with public transport, if you need to use it. It takes about 1hr to get to Auckland with public transport. They also offer airport shuttle, but I did not get to use it, unfortunately. The facilities are okay, but nothing fancy. Overall, I can recommend this place for short stays.
The only thing I did not like was that, when I arrived there, there was nobody there to check in. It is true, I did arrive at around 1:30 AM, so it was kind of expected. I had to wait for about 20-30 mins because they were picking up someone from the airport. But, in the end, it was all fine.

The free transfer was excellent. However, the phone number that was given did not work. It says call failed. We had to go to the airport information desk to ask for help. Once we called them, they arrived within 15 mins. Airport transfer back to airport was also a bonus. We did not have to pay for Uber.
The room had a musky smell when we entered. We had to open the doors and windows for the smell to go. The carpets does not look too clean. Beds were a bit too soft for our liking.

Disappointing
No toaster or anything to have breakfast with.
People in the hallway talking loudly till after 10pm. They were from several rooms with the doors open having loud conversations and laughter. Why didn't they go into a room instead of keeping other guests awake.

Air port shuttle couldnt even get for a pick up, phone didnt answer, then i was told it was turned off or out of service. Not very comforting when you just want to get to where your staying. Thankfully the bed i had was very comfortable and i had a wonderful sleep.
People need to make sure their kids arent running around and yelling and screaming till after midnight. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING in the room, thankfully i had a fan, though. WiFi is not very good, have to find the right spot to connect to it.

It is close to the airport, right on a bus line that was convenient for going yo the waterfront.
Minor annoyance: No can opener in the kitchen.
