Great location - short walk to viaduct, ferry terminal, shops, bars, restaurants. Good sized room with comfy beds, nice clean bathroom (nice toiletries) and view of the harbour. Room has coffee machine, fridge a couch and breakfast table/chairs. Staff friendly and helpful. We used valet parking but there's cheaper parking right behind the hotel at the council carpark.
The coffee machine lid had been a bit bent, but if you held the top down it worked! Other than that was excellent.

We loved the way we were greeted all the time. We loved the food, the view, the lovely room, the way staff remembered that we loved a cup of tea, and the way the staff made us feel really special.
