Easy walking distance to Sky city and the shopping.
No scissors in the kitchen was a little difficult to open the coffee and milk containers for my elderly mother.

Great location with a short walk to the viaduct. The room size was perfect , beds comfortable and great amenities. Very guttered we didnt allow time to enjoy the rooftop pool.
The cups and mugs were not cleaned and residue from coffee/toothpaste was still apparent. The toilet had no pressure and didnt flush well at all.

Excellent value accommodation in the CBD, with reasonable valet parking charge. Heated rooftop pool was very nice.
Reasonably easy walking distance to viaduct and gig venues.
There's 2 Heritage hotels, so initially pulled into the wrong check in area. Didn't seem to have any bar/restaurant?

The pool and spa pool facilities are fabulous. I really like theyre open till 11pm. Its great they offer indoor and outdoor options too. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very sweet. I like the rooms that offer a balcony best.
Great location. A quick walk to Queen Street, Casino, Dennys and loads convenience stores close by.
Rooms are advertised as having Robes available, it wasnt until my 4th stay that I was told you need to request them. The most recent time I stayed, I needed to pay an extra $200 to upgrade as the room I booked was old, small and nothing like the photos on booking.com or the rooms Id stayed in previously.

Easy to find, helpful staff. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance
Rooms a little tired and dated, our room was above the road which was really noisey (that can’t be helped by the hotel though) didn’t sleep very well

Location excellent as doing fire fighter sky tower challenge
Had a water leak into kitchen from celling at 4am, got transferred to another room for next night and lights flickered badly when turned on
