The back rooms of the unit were very noisey from a very busy road - perhaps a hedge or more effective trellis could have reduced the noise level.

Friendly welcome. Kitchen well stocked. Supplied soap/shampoo. Comfortable bed and room.
The place was a little loud in the evenings although it was only for a short while.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was like a one-bedroom apartment, with a convenient and equipped mini-kitchen, plus a small outdoor sorcery with a picnic table, where I had my dinner. As a visitor, I couldn’t quite read the neighborhood, which seems a somewhat unusual mix of residential, commercial, and industrial. But they provide you with information on things of interest nearby, such as a night market. And there’s a mini-mart and take-out Indian restaurant just across the street. Bottom line — convenient!
Nothing. It’s a ways from city center, but convenient to the airport and a good getaway location, particularly if you’re headed south of the city.

-TV had Netflix
-We had a private cute outdoor area with a umbrella table and chairs
-The staff were very friendly and helpful
-Parking was very easy as our room had its own designated parking next to our door
-Sofa was very comfortable
-Got given a free cup of coffee and offered biscuits by reception on check out which was so lovely
-We had got given another room then what we had booked which was bigger but quite outdated
-There was too much furniture everywhere which made it a little hard to get around so we had to rearrange it to make it spacious
-The bathroom was tiny and with my biggest fear the toilet right across the shower plus the shower was outdated
-The sink in the bathroom was leaking when it was turned on which made a puddle next to the toilet ☹️
-The bedroom had a musky smell
-Might want to do a checkup on the AC as it looks outdated
-The fire alarm made beeping noises every 2mins which was annoying and uncomfortable to try and sleep with

Wanted a motel reasonably close to the airport and this suited us admirably. Traffic congestion in Auckland can be a nuisance. Its on a main road but was still quiet enough in the rooms.
The rooms are a little dated now. Everything worked but don't expect a modern look or feel.

The property was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and well appointed. A quaint space was welcoming and surprisingly quiet.
Parking lot was tight but other than that everything was great.
