Modern clean apartment with comfortable beds and lounge. Free undercover car parking that was able to fit a Toyota Highlander. Spectacular views from inside the apartment and the balcony. Friendly, helpful staff.

LOVELY MODERN 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT. HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.
ONLY ONE MIRROR IN THE WHOLE APPARTMENT WHICH WAS IN THE BATHROOM. FOUND THAT CHALLENGING WHILE GETTING READY FOR A WEDDING. NEED A MIRROR ON THE BACK OF ONE OF THE BEDROOM DOORS.

Great locale. Walkable to restaurants for our last night in NZ before flying home next day after several weeks away. Loved the art work near the elevator. Excellent reception on arrival.
It was good for our group of four for a night - it would have felt a bit small for longer.

Great location, easy car parking, quiet, lovely staff and very clean.
Disappointed that there was no TV or aircon in the bedroom. Had to use the fan to pump the cold air from the lounge area into the bedroom at night. Also surprised at the 'scarcity' of misc e.g.: only being provided with 3 of each cutlery, no decent size bowl for a salad or serving chips, 3 coffee capsules each day. We would have quite enjoyed 2 coffees each, but alas we had to share the 3rd one between us. Just surprising when you are paying $200 a night.

Convenient location. Only a 5 min. walk to the bus stop that takes one into Auckland. There are a number of good restaurant options literally within 3 mins. of the hotel.

Modern, clean, spacious, cool, quiet, in a nice location with lots of convenient infrastructure around. Overall, a great place to stay nearby - we liked everything about it.
The Wi-Fi speed was a bit weak, and during the day you could hear some construction nearby. But if you’re there only in the mornings and evenings and out during the day, it probably won’t affect you

In a cute little neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and more all within walking distance. We had a car, so getting around was easy; most places in the city like the CBD, Parnell, Takapuna Beach and Albany were about 10–40 minutes away (even with traffic jam). The place had heaps of amenities too: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc. Really felt like a little home away from home. The bathroom floor and towel rack were heated, which was a nice touch, and the water pressure was pretty great. Everything was super clean! The A/C worked well, and the view was great! The air was so fresh and clean.
Nothing! Everything was close to perfection! Just 2 little suggestions: - maybe an extra mirror in the living area for us ladies to get ready at. The only mirror available is in the bathroom currently. - an extra dustbin in the bathroom just for convenience.

The noise from the fridges being in the lounge while watching tv was a shock to begin with and then it got better as we got used to it. Bathrooms a little clunky in terms of entering places.
