Unit was clean and comfortable. Location was good for showgrounds.
Expectation for guests to pay another $150 on top of room rate as a bond in case of damage. Even though this is refundable, it doesn't sit right with me. Annoying.
Outside path leading to room visibly dirty.
Black paper stuck to inside window at entrance to keep light out - tatty.

Clean and surprisingly quiet for location near a main road. The towels were worthy of a five-star hotel!
Staff very responsive friendly and professional.
Suggest a mirror in the bathroom. Makes it easier to shave or when using the hairdryer.
Kitchen could have been better equipped.

The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The TV channels available were excellent.
There was no facility to wash your dishes in the room and only two mugs were in the room.

Epsom Motel location is very good. Located opposite Alexander park and not far from Cornwall park. Only a short drive to Westfield Centre in New Market. It is central to most surrounding suburbs. The motel is older but it is clean, tidy and well maintained. Rooms were very clean and tidy and bed lined is fresh and clean. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful. Francis the manager was so sweet and very accommodating.
The shower in my room was a little out dated. The stainless steel floor was unsteady.

Host was lovely and friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but could do with updating. The highlight was definitely the lovely host :)
Newer bathroom but as I said, it was clean which is the most important part!

Location and parking excellent. New kitchen and utensils, all fittings worked.

Staff was friendly. Location is near Showgrounds, Fresh Choice supermarket nearby. Quiet.
Cold on arrival and took long time to warm up. High step into shower. Bathroom door didn't close. Dated. Bathroom damp.
