Comfy bed, great selection of tea, coffee was ok but there was a french press in the room. Very clean. Laundry has a washer and a dryer and they provide a small laundry detergent to do 1 load. The location is very central. Right on Queen Street. The price was ok as I booked during low season. I would stay here again.
Parking is valet only for $45. There's a parking garage right in front of the building, but it's more expensive.
The front desk staff who helped me check in did not give much details about the amenities and discount we get from a nearby coffee shop, but I overheard the other front desk staff who explained in length to another guest who was also checking in. It sounds like there's a 10% discount for a nearby cafe where you can get breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful rooms. Walking distance to restaurants and sights of CBD. Public parking nearby. Friendly staff, offered an upgrade to make our family of 5 more comfortable. We had a long day so the upgrade definitely surprised us and made our day. Everything in the room was perfect. Great view of the Sky Tower. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Had trouble finding the turn into the street where the hotel was located.

Staff - thank you Shruti, Abhi and Valerie (apologies to the others I didn’t get a name from) were polite, patient and proactive (eg issue with water availability in the rooms and they kept me updated and suggested how to test for water quality before consuming) with my enquiries and requests.
Location - in the city centre, close to supermarket, transportation, F&B options, the theatre…
The establishment is rather dated / ‘tired’ but it’s clean.
Do check with front desk if you’ve requested for a room cleaning (usual cleaning is done between 2-4pm but a morning clean can be requested), that it’s noted by the housekeeping crew too (eg despite having the Please Clean room door tag hanging on the door handle since the morning, nothing was effected by 4.30pm but Shruti
