Ease of access to our room. Great location to the hospital for my 2 appointment. Comfortable bed.
Because my line of business is maintenance. I noted kitchen bench faucet was leaking , bathroom door hinge loose and squeaky, shower head holder loose and note able to hold a position. But in all the room and stay was good.

Bad concept in all hotels/motels of having only super warm/hot dooner on bed and no alternative (light blanket, for instance). Meant we had to take dooner out of sheet cover bag and sleep with just that on top.
Everything else was fine. Originally a great design, the motel rooms have been aesthetically compromised a little by out-of-character light fittings, fan and other unnecessary ornamentation.

Clean & Tidy. Great Location good but not easy access.
Had to wait at reception for 10 minutes before I was booked in. Guy not even apologetic!! Pace needs upgrade really badly. Carpet really worn. Could do with shower upgrade. Put plug in basin and then couldn't get up again??.

We were down stairs, ground floor so the view was the gardens and vegetation which was maintained and pleasant. Now the bed was so comfortable. It showed me we need to up grade our bed at home. I need the to know what was the name of your mattresses and pillows. Please.
