The location was great - close to the CBD, a shopping centre and so easy to get around. Parking was very easy and it's a no-fuss place to stay at.

I loved how friendly the staff were. It was me and my partners first time going to a hotel without parents and we were quite confused with what to do. The reception were so kind to us and explained how the process works and showed us to our room. We were so unbelievably grateful.
The cleanliness was not great but it wasn't bad. When we got to the room there was a stain on the bed which put us off a little. However, when we received room service the cleaners did an amazing job at tidying everything up. I always appreciate the cleaners and everything they do.
The size of the bathroom was quite small. The facilities in the bathroom were quite nice though. There wasn't much space to put anything down. There was also a door stopper in the middle of the floor which we kept standing on.

Lovely ladies on the reception desk.
Great location, close to the Newmarket shops.
Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Good beds.
I found the road noise quite loud during the night, although it didn't seems to bother the other people in our room.

Wonderful
We stayed in the Superior King Room. The room was well sized and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great choice and was great value. Cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel is well located - easy to find off Highway 1 - but no freeway noise. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy walk to Mt Hobson for views over Auckland city for relaxation after a long drive. Great value!
