The room was fine everything was clean and we liked that there were plenty of towels at hand. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.
We would have liked firmer pillows.

Great room, very spacious and a great little kitchen area with everything you need for making a breakfast or lunch, even a coffee plunger. Very comfortable bed and a chair to relax in as well as a working space with desk and chair. Perfect for my recent work trip. 12 minute walk to the train station as well which was an added bonus. Will be staying again!
Probably the only thing was the TV was a bit confusing (had to sign into accounts to get regular TV) and the wifi wasnt super fast. Also the gym could use a decent deep clean and another cardio machine. Otherwise everything was great.

Enjoyed the location, which was quite and close to public transportations (bus, train). 7-8 min walks to the restaurants for brekki and coffee. Room was spacious and enjoyed my stay.
Would prefer to have multi choices for in-house breakfast menu, as I personally felt it has limited choice.

The location was great - just a short stroll to Ellerslie with heaps of eateries and a few cool pubs/bars. Also close to Go Media Stadium ($10 Uber ride). The room was great and a nice huge bed which was firm (a little to firm for me - I would prefer firm than super soft though, so I'm hard to please I guess! The spa bath was fabulous and the bathroom itself was nice and clean. The shower was great also.
The outside is a bit shabby/tired. The outside stairs could have been swept, heaps of leaves and some rubbish. And I wish, I wish, I wish there were better options for coffee and that they would provide real milk in little glass bottles - those little plastic pottles of uft milk are just ridiculous and taste awful.

The bed was comfortable and the room size was good.
The room was tired and needed a serious clean in the bathroom which had a number of problems. The tap was leaking, the vanity was crazed and the toilet mismatched the rest of the suite. The shower head needed cleaning as the spray was inconsistent. The towels were hard and off colour. The light over the bed was broken and too low down as we kept hitting it when sitting up.

Handy location to wait we needed, tidy and clean
A little tired decor, but clean, we live in the country so found it hard to sleep due to traffic and emergency service sirens all night, not hotels fault

Wifi - couldn't understand the instructions to get the wifi to work on my phone. Kitchen Facilities, the fridge wobbled everytime we opened the fridge door to use it. We needed to ask for a dishwasher tablets to wash our dishes. Beds were comfortable and was able to have a decent sleep
Heats pumps were noisy and you couldn't sleep with them on. We would choose a couch setting more than two single seats. We found them very uncomfortable so we either sat at the table or laid on the single bed that was down stairs.

Very comfortable. Staff were excellent - found a room for me so I could leave bag there earlier as my allocated room was not ready and I would be coming back later in evening. Very clean, comfortable beds and very good size rooms..
