Staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure I was looked after.
Breakfast was limited, especially if allergies

Cool old B&B in an upscale residential neighborhood. Easy check in. Ample parking. Big room. Very friendly staff. Owner was very nice and gave good local recommendations.

The staff of this hotel including Erica and Kerri were very helpful attentive and friendly. It is convenient to a lot of food options and was a short drive or bus ride away from cbd or anything else you might want.

Our stay at Bavaria Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest, most attentive staff, Lynn, Erica & Kerri, who truly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is so cute and charming. Every detail added to such a cozy and memorable experience.
The location couldn’t have been better, especially for attending events at Eden Stadium. It made getting to and from everything so easy and stress-free.
Most importantly, my son and I enjoyed every single minute of our stay. It was such a special trip for us, and this hotel played a huge part in making it unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location sandwiched between two main streets with plenty to see, shop, do or eat. On-site parking in an extremely walkable neighborhood next to a grocery store. Rooms were wonderfully appointed with cozy bedding and comfortable mattresses. The colors and decor were very pleasing and welcoming as well.
Kerri is a TREASURE. She has a wealth of knowledge about local businesses, history and culture. I can’t speak highly enough of her. Each time we went to a place she recommended, everyone had only glowing things to say of her. Next time we fly in, we are staying here.
Plus, there is a CAT! ?
Couldn’t find a flaw if I tried.

Everything. The. Imminent areas were welcoming and comfortable. The people who owned it are lovely. Very accommodating.
It was a little further from the city than I thought. Easy bus ride into the city though.

Lovely area of Mount Eden. The hosts were lovely. The bed was large and comfortable.
The bed was almost too big, we didn’t have much space to lay out our luggage but as a negative it’s not a big deal.

Staff at this hotel were absolutely delightful. Warm, welcoming, friendly, and eager to make our stay as perfect as possible.
The outdoor sitting areas and indoor lounge are comfortable extra spaces perfect for relaxing or socializing.
Rooms and beds were very comfortable.
Our only critique was the bathroom sink was a bit small, which made it difficult to wash up.

Beautiful place with lovely decor in a really quiet and pretty part of mt Eden. The staff were so lovely, treating me and my partner to a cake to take with for our anniversary! I was there on my own for a week and it felt so homey, I was very well looked after in a very nice place.

The location was great - very convenient for meeting up with family in Mount Eden. We stayed in the twin bedded room upstairs and it was very cramped for two people - no space for luggage and only one bedside light. The bathroom badly needed updating and the towels were very poor quality. It was not the boutique experience we expected - it felt more like a family guesthouse.
